West Caln Subdivision & Land Development

The Township has an ordinance regulating the subdivision of land, adjustment of lot lines and development of lots for multi-family or non-residential uses.  These Regulations are constantly reviewed and updated for current conditions to preserve the rural character of the township.  Plans are subject to review by the Planning Commission and approval by the Board of Supervisors.  A copy of this ordinance may be reviewed or purchased at the Township Building.

Planning Commission Meetings are held on the 1st Monday of each month.
